The service
Airtight analyzes Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and returns a gap register: unmade decisions, contradictions, and interaction gaps. It is a readiness check, not legal, compliance, or product advice, and it does not guarantee a PRD is complete or correct.
Your content
You retain ownership of the PRD text and any other content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us the license needed to process it through the analysis pipeline and store the resulting run history as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to submit whatever content you upload.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to submit content you don't have rights to, to attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying models, or to disrupt the service for other users.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Analysis output may contain errors or omissions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We'll update the date above when these terms change and, for material changes, notify account holders by email.
